LAS VEGAS - Tickets to all six of UNLV's 2003 home football games are now on sale along with season packages.

The Rebels' schedule, which includes a school-record six opponents coming off bowl game appearances, kicks off Friday, August 29 vs. Toledo at Sam Boyd Stadium.

Fans can purchase season and single-game tickets four ways:

1. Log on to the website www.unlvtickets.com

2. Call 739-FANS

3. Visit the UNLVtickets outlet at all Station casinos and Fiesta casinos, or the Galleria Mall at Sunset, Boulevard Mall or Meadows Mall

4. Visit the Thomas & Mack Box Office

Also available is the community fundraiser Schools Helping Schools, which is offered to all Southern Nevada elementary and middle schools. The program brings the athletics department into the youth community and allows for schools to raise funds in the process.

Participating schools will designate a particular Rebel football or Runnin' Rebel basketball game of their choice and sell tickets to the respective event. The school will then keep $5 for each ticket it sells.

Additionally, incentives including tickets, merchandise and special recognition are being offered to the schools for the class and individual student with the most sales. To join Schools Helping Schools or for more information on the program, call Wendy Wallington at (702) 895-3781.
