LAS VEGAS - Former UNLV tailback Larry Croom scored his team's only touchdown in a 26-7 loss at Saturday's Hula Bowl Maui. However, that meant the former Arizona transfer got in the end zone at least once in all of his school-record three all-star game appearances.
Croom finished with four postseason touchdowns -- one more than he had in all 2003 as the Rebels' starter in the backfield.
Croom's one-yarder in Hawaii followed two in last week's East-West Shrine Game and one in the Blue-Gray Game on Christmas Day.
Also competing in all-star action Saturday were former UNLV center Dominic Furio and wide receiver David Relf. Both played for the West Team, which won 14-7 at Sam Boyd Stadium as part of the Las Vegas All-Americ Classic.
