This Week: UNLV wraps up its 2004 home schedule with three matches in a row at the Cox Pavilion starting on Friday night when the Rebels host BYU on Nov. 5 at 7:00 p.m. (PDT). The Rebels will then play Utah on Nov. 6 at 7:00 p.m. before ending the weekend with in-state rival Nevada, Reno, on Nov. 7 at 5:00 p.m.. Sunday will be the final home match for seniors Nicki King and Tarin Keith. After having their season-high four-match winning streak snapped by No. 9 Colorado State last weekend, the Rebels will attempt to start a new streak at home, where they are 7-2 this season.

ABOUT THE COUGARS: BYU has won nine of its last 12 matches, including the last three in a row. The Cougar's current streak of success follows a four-match losing streak that occured in the middle of September. Lauren Richards leads the Cougars' offense, as she has handed out 12.24 assists per game. She sets up attackers Kim Wilson and Erica Lott, who lead the Cougars in kills per game. Wilson is averageing 3.32 kpg while Lott is right behind with 3.31.

ABOUT THE UTES: Utah has won 15 of its last 16 matches with the only loss in that span coming against Notre Dame on Oct. 19. The Utes are the only team in the MWC to beat Colorado State this season and Utah is a perfect 10-0 in the MWC. Lyndsey Henderson is first in the MWC in blocks per game (1.76) and is third in kills per game (3.65). Connie Dangerfield is second in digs per game with 4.24. Henderson's 1.76 bpg average is sixth in the nation as well.

ABOUT THE WOLF PACK: Nevada, Reno has won seven in a row and 10 of its last 12 heading into this weekend. The Wolf Pack currently is second in the WAC. Salaia Salave'a leads the WAC in kills per game with 4.96 and is second in hitting percentage at .334. Salave'a leads the Wolf Pack with 11 double-doubles this season. This will be the first Sunday match this season for UNR.
