The UNLV women's basketball (17-4, 6-2 MWC) takes on Wyoming (8-14, 4-5 MWC) on Thursday night to begin its two-game road swing through Wyoming and Colorado, and are looking to sweep the Wyoming-CSU road trip for the first time since the first year of the conference. The game tips off at 7 pm (MST) in Laramie, Wyo., from Arena Auditorium. UNLV is two and a half games behind Utah (8-0), making every game important in the Lady Rebels' quest for the MWC regular season title. New Mexico is also tied for second along with UNLV at 6-2, and hosts Utah Thursday in the Pit.

The Lady Rebels have been on a tear offensively this season, scoring 73.9 points per game, and have averaged 73.6 ppg in conference action. UNLV is a perfect 14-0 when they score 70 or more points, all but three of their 17 wins this year have been by 10 points or more, and have reached 90 points three times this season. On the other hand, Wyoming has been held under 60 points in nine of its last 11 games, including two straight of 50 or less points.

The Lady Rebels are dominating the conference statistics, as a Lady Rebel leads the conference in six of the 12 categories, including scoring, rebounding, and blocks. A Lady Rebel has also been named MWC Player of the Week six out of 13 weeks this season.

Having reached 17 wins against San Diego State in its last game, UNLV has matched last year's win total, and is on pace for its second 20-win season in the last 12 years.
