LAS VEGAS - In addition to the UNLV Baseball team hosting BYU for a three-game series this weekend, the Earl E. Wilson stadium will be the site of two special events, a break the attendance day, and a free Easter egg hunt, both to take place on Saturday.
It will be kid's weekend at the ball park for the entire series. All kids 12 and under will receive free admission all weekend long to Rebel Baseball. On Saturday, all kids will be invited to take the field with the team for the National Anthem and are invited to stay after the game for autographs and a free Easter egg hunt on the field.
Saturday will also be Break the Attendance Day at Earl E. Wilson Stadium. The Record for Rebel Baseball was set in 1994 when the stadium was dedicated for the dedicated for the annual UNLV vs. UNLV Alumni game with a record crowd of 2500 fans.
This weekend's games will be Thursday April 8th at 6:30 p.m., Friday April 9th at 6:30 p.m., and Saturday April 10th, at 2:00 p.m.
