LAS VEGAS - UNLV women's basketball team is looking for male players to participate on its practice scout team for the 2005-06 season.

Those interested must be available for most practices, which run from 1:30-4:30 pm. starting Oct. 14. They should also be competitive, knowledgeable players but able to take direction from coaches. Preference will be given to those who played in high school.

In return, participants will get UNLV basketball gear as well as all UNLV athlete services. It also offers an opportunity to stay in shape, while being a part of a team.
