LAS VEGAS - With ticket sales expected to be brisk this week heading into Saturday's court dedication to former head coach Jerry Tarkanian at the UNLV men's basketball game with Nevada, Reno, UNLV ticket office hours and buying information has been released.
With a big walkup expected as UNLV honors one of the greatest college basketball coaches in NCAA history by naming the court for Tarkanian, it is suggested that tickets be purchased through the internet at UNLVtickets.com using the print-at-home feature to avoid having to stand in lines at the box office.
Tickets are also available by calling 702-739-FANS. Hours of operation on Thursday, Friday and Saturday for the call center will be from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. The Thomas & Mack Center Box Office will also be open Thursday from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 am until 8:30 p.m.
Tickets to the game, which starts at 7:30 p.m., are $32 for plaza-level seats and $18 in the balcony level.
UNLV has started the season 2-0 with wins over Long Beach State and Hawaii, while No. 22 Nevada, Reno opened the year with a win over Sacramento State. The Wolf Pack will play at Vermont Wednesday night before heading to Las Vegas.
