LAS VEGAS - First-year head coach Mike Sanford invites fans to attend the annual UNLV Rebel Football Awards Banquet, which is set for Sunday afternoon, Dec. 11.

This year's event will begin at 2 p.m. at the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel, which is located at 3400 Paradise Road next to the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The 2005 Rebels, including 16 seniors, will be honored during a formal luncheon (cocktail attire) and awards presentation that follows. Most valuable players for the offense, defense and special teams will be announced along with various other honors.

Individual tickets are available now for $40 each. Banquet sponsorships are available for $500 and include a table for 10. You can also sponsor a player table for $400. Please RSVP by Dec. 2 by calling (702) 895-3678.
