LAS VEGAS - UNLV baseball will watch the selection show for the 59th annual NCAA Division I Baseball Championship live Monday morning at Buffalo Wild Wings and fans are invited to join the Rebels.
ESPN will carry the selection show, which starts at 8:30 a.m. (PT) and the NCAA Division I Baseball Committee will set the entire 64-team bracket. The Rebels will watch the show at the Buffalo Wild Wings located on 10271 S. Eastern Ave.
UNLV (34-27) earned the right to represent the Mountain West Conference at the NCAA Tournament after it won the league's tournament championship on Saturday, beating BYU twice to secure the automatic bid. This will be the third-straight NCAA Tournament appearance for the Rebels and the 10th regional appearance overall. UNLV has an overall record of 9-18 in the NCAA Tournament.
"I am really excited for all the guys who will be playing in their first regional and I am also glad that a lot of the guys on this team will get to experience another regional," UNLV head coach Buddy Gouldsmith said. "I am very proud of this team and excited to be going back to the NCAA Tournament."
