LAS VEGAS - First-year UNLV head coach Mike Sanford invites all fans out to Saturday's Team Photo Day to get a first look at his program's newly designed football uniforms.

Earlier in the day, the team will hold its final practice that is open to the public as the full squad will be on the field Saturday morning in full pads for the first time during this training camp from 8:45-11:05 a.m.

Later that day, beginning at approximately 6 p.m., the Rebels will take their official team photo at Earl E. Wilson Baseball Stadium.

Then, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., fans are invited to bring their cameras so they can meet the team and take photographs with players and coaches. Complimentary team schedule posters will also be available for autographs.

The Rebels open the 2005 season by traveling to New Mexico for a special Monday morning game on Sept. 5, which will be shown nationally by ESPN2.

UNLV's five-game home schedule kicks off Saturday, Sept. 10 vs. Idaho at 7 p.m. Season tickets are available now by calling (702) 739-FANS or logging on to www.unlvtickets.com. Single-game tickets go on sale August 15.
