On the team's psychological outlook following Saturday's loss to UNR:
"I think there is frustration. I think there is disappointment. That has got to turn into an attitude of being mad and turn into a positive."
"The thing about it is no one can point a finger at one particular player or one particular area. Everybody on this team needs to play better."
Overall on the offense:
"On offense all 11 guys are not getting their job done all the time. There is one guy not doing his job right on too many plays and they are taking turns being that one guy. That is something that we have to correct."
On his team's focus heading into this week:
"We have to get better and play up to our ability and not play short of that, which involves each individual guy getting better. It starts with the individual and then it goes to the team."
Overall on heading into the Mountain West Conference schedule:
"I don't throw out the other games, but at the same time this is a new season and it's a fresh start. This is a very evenly matched conference. To me this conference is wide open."
On getting it turned around:
"I just want to win a dang game. That is the way we all feel."
Overall on Colorado State:
"They are playing very well. They had a big win on the road at Fresno State and I think that it was an impressive win."
"They have had a lot of adversity this year and they are finding ways to win. I think that is a credit to Sonny Lubick, his staff and his players."
