On heading into the final two home games of the season:
"I think the biggest thing for us is that this is a home game, we are at our house and it is an opportunity to finish strong and get a win at home."

"It would be huge to finish strong (and get two wins). It would be great for everyone but especially our seniors."

On how junior place-kicker Sergio Aguayo will bounce back after missing a school-record five field goals last week against San Diego State:
"I expect for him to come back. He is a great kicker and I believe in him. He has made a great commitment to this team by kicking with the injury (torn ACL) he has."

"The other factor in this whole thing is that we have to do better on offense and we need to score touchdowns in the red zone and not put ourselves in those types of positions. We have to get first downs in the red zone and get touchdowns in the red zone."

On the progress of sophomore quarterback Rocky Hinds and the offense as a whole:
"Obviously Rocky didn't play the kind of game we would all like for him to play. But I do believe that there are signs of improvement along the way. The thing that he has got to completely eliminate is the catastrophic plays - throwing interceptions for touchdowns, that kind of stuff."

On Wyoming's nationally ranked defense:
"They play really hard. I know that sounds very simple but they play really hard. They have very good tacklers and they are really good blitzers. John Wendling is a very good blitzer. They blitz and they make blockers miss and they keep coming. They have a good group of linebackers."
