LAS VEGAS - Two UNLV football players have been suspended from the team because of violation of team rules, head coach Mike Sanford announced Wednesday.

Suspended indefinitely are freshman running back Channing Trotter, who has not played this season, and junior wide receiver Marques Johnson, who appeared in five games but does not have a catch.

UNLV closes its season this Friday by hosting Air Force.
