LAS VEGAS - The television show "Gametime with UNLV Hoops" that airs weekly on KLAS TV-8 in Las Vegas will begin its 2006-07 run this Sunday, Nov. 26.

This weekend's episode will be split with "Gametime with UNLV Football," which has been airing since the beginning of the football season. The show will be all basketball starting Dec. 3 and continue each Sunday through Mar. 18, with the exception of Dec. 17 when there will be no show.

The 2006-07 season marks the 12th consecutive year that the basketball show has been on KLAS. Chris Maathuis joins UNLV men's basketball head coach Lon Kruger in the studio during the season for a unique half-hour of game reviews, previews and program features.

The show airs Sundays on Las Vegas One (Cox Cable channel 19) at 9:30 p.m. and on channel 8 at 11:30 p.m.
