LAS VEGAS - Noah Brindise has resigned after two seasons serving as UNLV football's offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach to go into private business, head coach Mike Sanford announced Tuesday.
"I enjoyed my time at UNLV but I now have the opportunity to return to Florida and raise my family in our home state," Brindise said. "I appreciate the opportunity Mike Sanford gave me and know that success is in the near future for this program."
Brindise, a former quarterback at the University of Florida, came to UNLV after stints at East Carolina and the Washington Redskins of the NFL.
"We thank Noah for his two years of hard work here and wish him the best in his career," Sanford said. "Our search for a replacement will begin immediately. Whether it will be an offensive coordinator or a quarterbacks coach will depend on who that person is."
