SAN DIEGO - The UNLV men's tennis match vs. Utah in the first round of the Mountain West Conference Championship at the Barnes Tennis Center was finally postponed late Thursday night after multiple rain delays.

The Rebels had managed to win both completed doubles matches to take a 1-0 lead. However, just three of six matches were underway in singles when another rain delay forced the league to move the remainder of the match to Friday starting at 10 a.m.

The first team to four points will advance. Semifinals will follow on Friday (times TBA). The championship matches are set for 10 a.m. (women) and 2 p.m. (men) on Saturday.
