LAS VEGAS - The coaching staff of the UNLV baseball program will conduct its Easter Hitting and Position Camp, scheduled for April 9-11 at Earl E. Wilson Stadium on the campus of UNLV and spots are still available.

Headed by Rebel head coach Buddy Gouldsmith, last year's Mountain West Conference Coach of the Year, the camp is open to kids ages seven to eighth grade.

The Easter Camp will allow players who are already in season to gain an advantage on their competition as UNLV coaches will work with players to strengthen their offensive and defensive skills. Sessions are split up to identify and cater to players of all levels and abilities.

The first session will focus on hitting and will begin at 9:00 a.m. (PDT) and last until noon and then the second session which will focus on position players and defense will begin at 1:00 p.m. and last until 4:00 p.m.

The cost of each camp is $100 or players can attend both for $150 and each camper will receive a free T-shirt.
