The Lady Rebels look to bounce back from a hard loss on Sunday afternoon, when they lost at the buzzer to Loyola Marymount 61-59, by taking on Texas Tech of the Big 12 conference on Saturday night. It will be the third contest of a five-game homestand for UNLV, and the first in its main arena, the Cox Pavilion, after opening up the season with two straight in the Thomas & Mack. UNLV has been very successful in the Cox, as it owns a 56-16 record in the seven-year old facility. The Lady Rebels also pulled off several significant upsets on the Cox floor last year, including over NCAA tournament teams BYU, DePaul, and New Mexico, and over WNIT postseason champion Wyoming.
