UNLV game notes vs. Texas Tech

After beginning the 2008-09 season with a five-game homestand, the 4-1 UNLV women's basketball team now begins its annual rodeo trip, beginning with Tuesday night's contest at Texas Tech at 5 pm (PST).. Every year UNLV plays the first half of December away from Las Vegas due to its facilities hosting the National Finals Rodeo, which makes Tuesday's game the first of a three-game road swing, which will also take UNLV to Loyola Marymount and Oregon State.
