Results

TUCSON, Ariz. - The top three teams at the National Invitational Tournament all shot 2-over-par 290 on Monday during the second round of play at Omni Tucson National Golf Club (par 72, 7,033 yards) and the top five teams remained unchanged.

TCU still leads the field by 11 shots, but is now at 11-under 565 for the tournament. The Horned Frogs are followed by UNLV and New Mexico - both tied for second - at even-par 576. Kent State shot a second-round 3-over 291 and is in fourth at 2-over 578 for the event, while Arizona State rounds out the top five at 7-over 583 after a 5-over 293 on Monday.

UNLV sophomore Eddie Olson, who was tied for the lead after Sunday's first round, shot a 1-over 73 during the second round and is in a four-way tie for fifth at 3-under 141. Tulsa's Nicolas Geyger and TCU's Franklin Corpening are both tied for the tournament's individual lead at 7-under 137 after both golfers fired second-round scores of 4-under 68. Ben Moser of Houston also shot a second-round 68, and is in third place, two shots back at 5-under.

Other UNLV players second-round scores, totals and places: senior C.J. Gatto (72, even-par 144, T16th), freshman Ji Moon (73, 3-over 147, T29th), sophomore Brett Kanda (75, 3-over 147, T29th) and junior Seung-Su Han (72, 5-over 149, T44th). Senior Jarred Texter, who is competing as an individual, shot a second-round 74 and is tied for 65th at 10-over 154.

The tournament will conclude on Tuesday with 18 holes.
