UNLV (23-22, 7-8 MWC) hits the road for a three-game series at New Mexico (31-14, 11-6 Mountain West) in a key Mountain West Conference set as the regular season hits the home stretch and teams jockey for seeding in the league tournament. The first game between the Rebels and Lobos is Friday at 11:00 a.m. (PT), followed by Saturday's tilt at 12:30 p.m., and both those games will be at Isotopes Park. Sunday's final game will be played at Lobos Field and is set to start at 11:00 a.m., and this will be the only time this year that UNLV and New Mexico play due to the unbalanced MWC league schedule. Earlier this week the Rebels split a two-game set with Cal State Northridge at Wilson Stadium, winning the first game 13-8 before dropping the second, 8-2.
