LAS VEGAS - The new UNLV Rebel Kids Club, which held its Kickoff Party on August 22 (VIEW PHOTO GALLERY OF THE PARTY - CLICK HERE), will have two more club functions this week. Volleyball Rebel Kids Day will be held on Friday, Sept. 4, in conjunction with UNLV's season-opening match vs. UCLA at the Cox Pavilion, while Football Rebel Kids Day will be held on Saturday, Sept. 5, during the Rebels' season opener against Sacramento State. Event schedules are below.
Schedule for Volleyball Rebel Kids Day
Friday, September 4
Volleyball Season Opener vs. UCLA
4:30 Meet at back entrance of Cox Pavilion for check-in (Must have membership card)
5:00 Pregame Volleyball Clinic (Parents are welcome to watch)
5:45 Walk upstairs to Cox Pavilion Concourse
6:00 Enjoy fun and games provided by sponsors
6:30 Kids shag balls during warm-ups, sit on bench during announcements and introductions (26 kids will be selected by a raffle drawing which will occur after the clinic and before warm-ups)
7:00 Match begins
Postgame Kids meet outside locker rooms for autographs and photographs

Saturday, September 5
Football Season Opener vs. Sacramento State
4:45 Meet at Rebel Experience for check-in (Rebel Experience is located on the northern side of the Sam Boyd Stadium. There will a UNLV 10' x 10' tent with a check-in table, must have membership card)
5:00 Welcome the football team to the Sam Boyd Stadium as they arrive by bus
5:15 Cheerleaders give tour of Sam Boyd Stadium (Press Level, Club Level, and Suites)
5:30 Kids watch pregame warm-ups
6:45 Kids line up on field with cheerleaders and band for kickoff (Parents are welcome to come down to the field and take pictures at this time. Parents must be at the field by 7:00 p.m. to take children back to their seats)
Postgame Kids meet outside locker rooms for autographs and photographs
*There will not be an on-site registration area at the football game. Please register any new Rebel Kids Club members by 5:00 p.m. Friday, September 4th.
*Club Members - Don't forget to get tickets from the ticketing office for each game.
