LAS VEGAS - After two years on the Lady Rebels' staff, assistant coach Kari Duperron has resigned her position to take a similar role with the University of Washington women's basketball program, UNLV women's basketball head coach Kathy Olivier announced on Monday.

Duperron joined the UNLV staff in May of 2009 after also working for Olivier as the director of basketball operations at UCLA from 2003-06, and was an interim assistant coach as well in the 2006-07 season.

A national search for a replacement will begin immediately.
