LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - The UNLV men's basketball team will tip off the 2011-12 season on Tuesday, Nov. 1, in an exhibition game against Washburn at 7 p.m. at the Thomas & Mack Center. It will be the Runnin' Rebels' lone exhibition contest before they open the regular season on Friday, Nov. 11 against Grand Canyon at 7 p.m. There will be no TV for Tuesday's exhibition game. Jon Sandler and Robert Smith will handle the radio call, which may be heard live in Las Vegas on ESPN Radio 1100 AM/98.9 FM. The UNLV radio broadcast is also available at UNLVRebels.com through the subscription-based All-Access feature, while Gametracker is provided for free on the website.
