LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - The UNLV baseball team will team up with Jump for Joy and the Outside Las Vegas Foundation in a free youth clinic this coming weekend.

The Rebels are joining forces with local organizations to put on the "Strike Obesity Out" clinic to be held at Potosi Park on Saturday, Nov. 12.

The two-hour clinic will begin at 10 a.m. with an introduction followed by multiple stations run by UNLV players and coaches stressing the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle as a youth.

One of UNLV Athletics' community outreach core concentration areas is youth health and wellness. This partnership with the Jump For Joy Foundation is a perfect fit as our coaches and student-athletes are committed to encouraging active living for children as well as healthy life habits.
