LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com)
- Fresh off their third straight series win, the UNLV baseball team returns home to open a four-game homestand at Wilson Stadium, starting Tuesday night against UC Riverside.

The Rebels (32-20, 9-11 Mountain West) are 7-2 in their last nine games heading into Tuesday night's matchup with UC Riverside. UNLV will look to avenge a 6-5 loss to the Highlanders back on April 12th in Riverside, Calif., a game in which pitcher Brady Zuniga was hospitalized after being struck by a fifth-inning line drive. Zuniga (1-3, 8.22 ERA) will get the start tomorrow night for UNLV.

UNLV will continue action during the week, starting a three-game set with Mountain West Conference rival San Diego State Thursday night at Wilson Stadium. The Rebels currently stand in fourth place, a half game behind New Mexico with three conference games left in the regular season.

Travis Feiner and Tanner Peters became the third duo to sweep the Mountain West Conference's weekly honors, earning Player of the Week and Pitcher of the Week respectively. Feiner batted .500 with five RBI at Air Force, including hitting his third home run in six games which gave UNLV a lead they would not relinquish in Sunday's series finale.

Peters hurled his third straight complete game and seventh of the year in Friday's series opening 3-1 win. The junior righty scattered nine hits and allowed just one run while striking out five. Peters is tied for the national lead in complete games and ranks among the top 20 in Division I in innings pitched (105.0), strikeouts (92)and earned run average (1.29).

First pitch Tuesday night is slated for 6:05 p.m. at Wilson Stadium.
