LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) -
Coming off a hard-fought overtime loss to San Diego State on Saturday afternoon, the UNLV women's basketball team looks to bounce back from that setback but it will not be an easy task, facing a two-game road swing this week - the fourth of five in a seven-game stretch on the road. First up will be a trip to Fort Worth, Texas, to take on TCU on Wednesday night at 4:30 pm (PT) in Fort Worth, Texas.

TCU GAME NOTES
The Lady Rebels are also looking for their first-ever win at TCU, and only third against the Frogs all-time. TCU was the preseason favorite of the Mountain West, but has struggled this year and bring an 8-9 mark into the contest, after losing only 11 games last season (22-11 overall).
At 13-5, UNLV is experiencing its best season under Kathy Olivier. One of the keys to the success this year has been rebounding, which could be a factor in the game, as UNLV has a +6.4 rebound margin, while TCU is dead last in the MW at -4.1.
Jamie Smith is bidding to become the second player in conference history to reach 1,000 points and 1,000 rebounds, coming in needing just five points to reach the mark.
