All About The Rebels
After a shocking loss at home in its last game, UNLV looks to build back up another win streak when it takes to the road for a pair of games in Texas this weekend. It won't be an easy task however, as the Rebels' first game will be against upstart surprise contender Incarnate Word, winners of four straight to sit at the top of the standings along with the Rebels with 12 points each. The Cardinals are ineligible for this year's WAC tournament, leaving the Rebels with a five-point edge on the race for the number one seed. UNLV still has the goal of a regular season title and an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament. A sweep this weekend would put them closer to both while reaching 12 wins for first time since 2002.
