Homestand Ends With Lady Rebel Round-Up...
UNLV will end the month of November the way it began, by playing at home as it hosts The Lady Rebel Round-Up on Saturday and Sunday in the Cox Pavilion. This will concluded a month-long, six-game homestand for the Lady Rebels. That will be followed by a month-long road trip, as UNLV will go a total of 38 days between home games before playing their conference home opener on Jan. 6 against Colorado State.
Saturday's game is notable for UNLV as it is looking to post a 5-0 record for the second time under head coach Kathy Olivier, and the first since the 2011-12 season.
UNLV is opening tournament play Saturday against George Mason in the first-ever meeting between the schools. While the Lady Rebels have spent the entire month of November in Las Vegas, the Patriots will be near the end of a five-game, 11-day road trip. GMU played at Utah on Nov. 20, then competed in the Great Alaska Shootout on Tuesday and Wednesday before flying to Las Vegas on Thanksgiving.
