LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - The Runnin' Rebel Rally is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 26, from 5-7 p.m. at the UNLV Student Union Courtyard.
Join your Runnin' Rebel Basketball team to celebrate the start of the season. Event includes:
- Introductions and autographs with your 2016-17 Runnin' Rebels and Lady Rebels
- Music and performances by Rebel Girls, UNLV Band, DJ Plus and other local artists
- FREE exclusive Runnin' Rebel autograph poster
- Food trucks, raffles, games and MORE!
PLUS, exclusively for UNLV students:
- FREE Runnin' Rebel Basketball T-shirt giveaway for first 1,000 students
- FREE entree for first 100 students to visit each food truck
- The chance to enter the "Student Swag Shootout" halftime contest. 10 students will be chosen to show their skills on the court at UNLV vs. New Mexico Highlands for a chance to win a $500 gift card to the UNLV Bookstore.
The event is FREE and open to the public. Free parking is available for the event in the new University Gateway Garage (1208 Dorothy Avenue on the corner of Maryland Parkway and Dorothy Avenue). Metered parking is also available in Lot D (in front of the Student Union).
