Rebels Take Two-Game Road Trip To Texas

Oct. 5, 2016

LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) -

Riding a two-game win streak, UNLV men's soccer looks to keep the winning momentum going when it plays the first conference road games of the season this week in Texas. First up will be a Thursday night contest at UTRGV, and that will be followed on Saturday with a contest at Incarnate Word.
While the Rebels had their struggles in the middle of the non-conference slate while missing leading scorer Danny Musovski, the experience the newcomers gained during that time looks to be paying off. UNLV opened WAC play this past weekend with the highest offensive output in the league, thanks to a total of seven goals in a 3-1 win over CSU Bakersfield and a 4-0 shutout of San Jose State.
UNLV's game on Thursday will be streamed live on the WAC Digital Network, available online on UNLVRebels.com as well as on the Roku and Apple TV steaming devices. Saturday's game at UIW will be available online only through Stretch Internet, and again can be reached through UNLVRebels.com.
