Runnin' Rebel Season Ticket Renewals & New Sales Launched

Program has renewed enthusiasm and energy as Coach Otzelberger brings up-tempo style to Thomas & Mack Center.

LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - Runnin' Rebel fans have the opportunity to renew their UNLV men's basketball season tickets and purchase new tickets for the 2019-20 season starting today.

The first 200 accounts to purchase or renew will receive a signed mini-basketball from Coach Otezelberger. Existing season ticket holders have been sent renewal information via email. A special renewal price is available until June 28.

The 2019-20 season also marks the 30th anniversary of UNLV's 1990 national championship team. A season-long celebration is planned with exclusive season ticket holder events, fan fests, recognitions, giveaways and more.

"I remember watching the national championship team as a seventh grader growing up in Wisconsin, taking 'Stacey Augmon' fadeaways and 'Anderson Hunt' jumpers," said UNLV men's basketball head coach T.J. Otzelberger, who was introduced to the UNLV and Las Vegas communities last week. "It will be a special season, celebrating our storied past as we embark on the future. To now be leading the program I had a passion for watching as a kid is humbling and a true honor."

Season tickets for the 2019-20 campaign start at just $119. Click here to purchase.

Season ticket holders receive the best seats available at the best prices, with access to excellent amenities such as the ticket exchange program, the concessions fast-pass, exclusive pre-sales and season ticket holder gifts. All perks and benefit information is available by clicking here. Additional items will be unveiled over the course of the offseason.

"We hope fans give us the opportunity to earn their trust," Otzelberger said. "We will put a product on the floor that fans will take great pride in. We are going to play hard, it is going to be up-tempo and fun. The future of UNLV basketball is as bright as the lights of Las Vegas."

Coming to UNLV from South Dakota State, Otzelberger led his team to a 70-33 overall record during his three seasons as head coach of the Jackrabbits. His teams made three straight postseason appearances, including two in the NCAA Tournament, and won the last two regular-season Summit League titles outright.

A proven winner and outstanding recruiter, Otzelberger earned the conference's Coach of the Year award and served two separate stints as an assistant coach at Iowa State, also spending time as an assistant at Washington.
