QUOTABLE: "We knew coming into this series with a younger group, guarding some of their actions was going to be challenging for our guys to stay the course for longer defensive possessions. I felt like there were times tonight we were good defensively and there were others when there were things we could have done better. Overall, it was good to see David step up for us. He had that aggressiveness offensively - that's the guy we need out there every night. When he's playing with that level of tenacity and competitive spirit, he can be great for us. Fortunate to come out with a win and we will move on to the next one.
" - UNLV head coach T.J. Otzelberger
