During her prep career, Knight was part of four straight Interscholastic League of Honolulu championships, winning twice as a member of the JV team (2017 and 2018) and two more times while on the varsity squad (2019 and 2020).

Over her junior and senior campaigns, Knight played in a total of 74 sets for the Warriors and registered 142 digs, 79 kills, 28 assists, 20 aces, and 20 total blocks.
