QUOTABLE: "It was much better tonight with our intent from the jump. i thought the first group that went out there did a really good job setting the tone. They were going to have activity, they were going to have their hands in the passing lanes and stick to the scouting report, and I thought they did a great job setting the tone. Then the second group that came in did a really good job of continuing that. We had a little bit of a step backwards in the second quarter when we didn't have as much activity, deflections, steals, and this and that, but we came right back out in the second half and picked it up where we left off from the first quarter. We are really proud of them and I thought we took a huge step tonight towards trusting its other more, trusting the scouting report and playing for each other - all the things we were looking to get out of this trip." - UNLV head coach Kevin Kruger
