LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) — UNLV men's soccer will test itself against a ranked team for a third straight match.
UNLV (0-0-1) visits Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles Thursday, Sept. 1. LMU (2-0-0) entered the United Soccer Coaches Top 25 this week at No. 24.
UNLV has shut out its last two opponents, at then-No. 23 UCLA in a 0-0 exhibition and then-No. 22 Santa Clara in the season opener. The tie at Santa Clara was UNLV's regular-season win or draw against a ranked opponent in five seasons.
Kickoff between UNLV and LMU is 7 p.m. The game will be stream live on the
WCC Network.
UNLV then returns to Las Vegas to host Cal State Northridge for its home opener Sunday, Sept. 4, at 7:30 p.m.
