UNLV will play some of the nation's top programs in a 12-team field from Sunday-Tuesday at the Fallen Oak Golf Course
LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV men's golf will travel to Saucier, Mississippi, to compete against some of the nation's top programs in the inaugural Fallen Oak Collegiate, being held Sunday-Tuesday, Oct. 15-17, at Fallen Oak Golf Course (Par 72, 7,480 yards).
THE FIELD: The Rebels will be competing alongside the co-hosting trio in Golfweek's No. 3 Ole Miss and No. 10 Mississippi State and Southern Miss in a 12-team field. The field also includes Golfweek's No. 1 Auburn, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana Tech, SMU, UCF and Wisconsin.
UNLV LINEUP:Â Representing the Scarlet & Gray will be seniors Yuki Moriyama and Ben Sawaia, junior Trevor Lewis, freshman Hogan Park and senior Caden Fioroni. Sophomore Brett Sawaia is set to compete as an individual.
SCHEDULE:Â Following Saturday's practice round, the tournament will feature 18 holes played each day.
