REBEL OF THE GAME: Braden Murphy went 4-for-5 at the plate with one RBI and two doubles.

HOW IT HAPPENED: UNR held a 1-0 lead going into the top of the third inning and added three more runs on a sacrifice fly from Jaxon Woodhouse, followed by an RBI single from Nolan Wilson and a one-run triple from Billy Ham. UNLV answered back in the bottom of the fourth with an RBI single from Rylan Charles to get the Rebels on the board. The Pack plated another run in the top of the fifth with a sacrifice fly from Wilson, only for the Scarlet & Gray to score one of their own in the bottom of the fifth after an error by UNR's third baseman. UNLV was able to cut the deficit to two runs after a sacrifice fly from Jacob Sharp in the bottom of the sixth, followed by an RBI single from Paul Myro IV in the bottom of the seventh to bring them within one.

TURNING POINT: With the Pack leading 5-4 going into the bottom of the eighth, the Rebels exploded for five runs on six hits, including an RBI double from Murphy and a two-run double from Myro to put the Rebels up for good.
