LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) — The UNLV men's soccer team's Senior Night will highlight a pair of Sunday showdowns at Peter Johann Memorial Field that also includes a Rebel women's squad match. The women's team is set for a noon tilt vs. Wyoming, while the men face Grand Canyon at 6 p.m.
UNLV's women's squad (6-7-2, 4-2-1) enters the weekend looking for its fifth win in Mountain West play. They will square off against a Cowgirls' team (4-5-6, 2-2-3) that played to a scoreless draw Thursday against Utah State.
On a night where eight Rebel seniors will be honored, the Scarlet & Gray men's squad (4-6-3, 1-1-3) will seek its second straight win in WAC competition after Thursday's 2-0 victory over UTRGV. They welcome a visiting GCU side (5-6-2, 2-2) that split its past two matches.
