LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV Football Head Coach
Barry Odom will celebrate the first day of his program's spring practice by taking a turn riding a live bull – and fans are invited to watch – all in the name of benefiting his program.
A unique event dubbed "Horns & Helmets" will take place the night of Saturday, March 2 at the South Point Hotel. Fans can purchase a package that starts with a meet & greet with Coach Odom and legendary Hall of Fame bull rider Tuff Hedeman, including appetizers and drinks from 5-6 p.m. That will be followed by the Tuff Hedeman Bull Riding Tour event at the hotel's equestrian center, scheduled to feature 24 elite bull riders participating in a three-round, tournament-style competition. At intermission, Odom, the 2023 Mountain West Coach of the Year, will climb aboard for his much-anticipated bull ride.
Tickets for "Horns & Helmets" are $150 each, with proceeds going to the Rebel Football Foundation. Buy your tickets for the memorable night
