LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) — UNLV men's soccer sophomore
Hugo Lemos was named the WAC Goalkeeper of the Week, the conference announced Tuesday. This marks his third career weekly award and the second by a Rebel this season.
A native of A Coruna, Spain, Lemos helped guide the Rebels to their second straight shutout in a 1-0 win over CSUN. He made five saves, three of which came in the final 23 minutes as the Rebels held on for the victory, to earn his second clean sheet of the season.

- The Rebels' current streak of two consecutive shutouts began with their 1-0 win over CSU Bakersfield with senior goalkeeper James Anderson playing the full 90 minutes in net.
- Lemos claimed his first shutout of the season in UNLV's 2-0 season-opening win over Tulsa at Peter Johann Memorial Field on August 22.
