LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – For the ninth straight year, the UNLV women's golf team will begin the fall season in Albuquerque, New Mexico, at UNM's Branch Law Firm/Dick McGuire Invitational. The tournament is being held at the UNM Championship Course (Par 72, 6,354 yards) Monday-Tuesday, Sept. 9-10.

This year, the Rebels' season-opening lineup features four returners in seniors Toa Yokoyama, McKenzi Hall, Mayumi Umezu and Hina Matsui. Also representing the Rebels will be newcomers in sophomore transfer Zi Yu Foong (Lipscomb) and freshman Amber Chen.

THE FIELD: The 15-team field playing alongside UNLV and the host Lobos are BYU, Cal Poly, Cal State Fullerton, Chattanooga, Grand Canyon, Hawai'i, Kennesaw State, Long Beach State, Northern Arizona, Pepperdine, Texas State, UNR and UTEP.

UNLV LINEUP: Yokoyama, Hall, Umezu, Foong and Matsui will play first through fifth, respectively. Chen will compete as an individual in her collegiate debut.
