HOUSTON, Texas (UNLVRebels.com) - The UNLV Lady Rebels fell 75-50 against Rice at Tudor Fieldhouse on Saturday afternoon.
 
Jasmyn Lott led the Scarlet & Gray (5-4) with 10 points and a career-high eight rebounds. Teagan Colvin and Shelbee Brown each put up eight points, while Shelbee Brown additionally brought down seven rebounds.
 
Dominique Ennis led Rice (7-3) with 20 points, while Victoria Flores had 16 points. Hailey Adams collected a double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds.
 
STAT OF THE GAME: The Lady Rebels shot 35.5% (11 of 31) from the field in the first half, compared to the Owl's 32.4% (11 of 34).
 
OTHER NOTES:

• The Lady Rebels out-rebounded the Owls 38-37.
• Ongolea Afu, Trystan James and Alexis Swillis all collected their first baskets as a Lady Rebel.
• UNLV's bench out-scored Rice's bench 20-8.
• The Lady Rebels and Owls were tied twice and exchanged the lead twice.
• UNLV and Rice were even on blocked shots at four a piece.
