LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV Athletics saw a record 88 student-athletes land on the Fall 2025 Academic All-Mountain West Team, the conference announced Wednesday. This surpasses the previous non-COVID year record of 80 honorees for the Fall 2025 semester andmarks the fifth straight year the Rebels have had 70 or more fall honorees.

Football's department-wide best 42 student-athletes and cross country's 13 student-athletes both set program records. Rounding out the Rebel representation were women's soccer with 19 honorees and volleyball with 13 honorees as all four programs reached double digits.

Overall, a conference-record 956 student-athletes were named to the Fall 2025 Academic All-MW Team.

To be eligible for selection to the Academic All-MW Team, student-athletes must have maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better, while competing in 50 percent of their team's completed contests.
