LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – UNLV's Eszter Kis-Czako was named the Mountain West Freshman of the Week for the second time, the league announced Wednesday.
 
Kis-Czako, out of Kiskunfelegyhaza, Hungary, went a combined 3-0 over the weekend to help UNLV to a pair of 4-0 wins in league play. She downed her singles opponent from Wyoming at the No. 4 spot on Sunday to improve to 15-5 as a rookie, including 8-3 in duals. She also teamed with Veronika Kliuch for victories at the No. 2 doubles position vs. both Colorado State and the Cowgirls.
 
Kiz-Czako earned the same award on March 11.
 
Winner of eight straight, the Rebels (11-2) will head to face Utah State on Friday.
