(2008-09 - RS Junior): Played in 23 games, and posted 19 points, 26 rebounds and four blocks ... in her best performance of the season, scored four points on two-of-three shooting, grabbed a season-high four points, and added a block and a steal against San Diego State (3/7) ... scored four points and grabbed three rebounds against No. 22 Oklahoma State (12/20).

(2007-08 - RS Sophomore): Appeared in 25 games off the bench ... finished the year with 34 points, 31 rebounds, and 14 blocks ... blocked a career-high four shots in the TCU contest (1/29) ... set new career high with nine points at BYU (1/16) ... poured in six points and also blocked two shots, and added two rebounds and a steal against Colorado State (1/9).

(2006-07 - RS Freshman): Saw more time as the season progressed and developed into a strong, dependable bench player ... was fourth on the team with 10 blocks ...turned in a career performance to give UNLV its biggest win of the year as she came off the bench against BYU in overtime and scored five straight points, added a block and a steal to spark a 76-71 upset (2/21) ... two points, five rebounds and a pair of blocks against Elon (11/24) ... made her first appearance for UNLV against Pepperdine (11/12) and scored two points.

(2005-06 - Freshman): Redshirted the season.

High School: Four-year starter at Edison High and led team to a 110-10 record over her four years ... three-time all-league and all-valley ... named conference player of the year after averaging 11.6 points, 11.8 rebounds, and was third in the state with 6.4 blocks per game ... team MVP ... King of the West Tournament MVP ... played one year of volleyball as a freshman ... from 2002-05, played for the Edison Elite AAU team in Fresno.

Personal: Latoya Sharee Hunt ... born on Nov. 4, 1987, in Fresno, Calif. ... daughter of Gretchen Hunt ... her cousin, Miesha Shakes, played basketball at Fresno City College ... choose UNLV over BYU and Long Beach State ... received her bachelor[apos]s degree in sociology in May of 2009, and is currently pursuring a master[apos]s degree in health promotion.
