The Runnin' Rebel Caravan is a community appearance blitz that will include Coach Otzelberger, his family, the men's basketball staff and student-athletes (when available), introducing and connecting them with various groups and organizations throughout the Las Vegas and Henderson areas. Check out the events below to see caravan stops that are open to the public. All events, dates, times, locations, and details are subject to change.
Meet & Greet at Frankie's Uptown
Friday, May 24 - 5p.m. - 6:15 p.m.
1770 Festival Plaza Dr #190, Las Vegas, NV 89135
Runnin' Rebel fans of all ages are welcome to meet Coach Otzelberger and the Runnin' Rebel basketball staff at Frankie's Uptown on Friday, May 24 from 5-6:15 p.m. Wear your Runnin' Rebel gear and enjoy half priced drafts, cocktail specials, and discounted food. At the conclusion of the meet & greet, Coach Otzelberger will head across the street to Las Vegas Ballpark to toss the first pitch before the Aviators take on the Albuquerque Isotopes. Admission is complimentary to Frankie's Uptown, with game tickets available through the Las Vegas Aviators. Parking is available surrounding the ballpark.
Appearance at Silver Mesa Recreation Center
Saturday, May 25 - 1 p.m. -2:15Â p.m.
4025 Allen Ln, North Las Vegas, NV 89032
The Silver Mesa Recreation Center will open the pool for the first time this year, and the Runnin' Rebel coaching staff will be in attendance to take photos and speak to those in attendance. Open to the public, admission is complimentary and parking is available at the Recreation Center.
Appearance at PKWY Tavern - District
Wednesday, June 5 - 6 p.m.
2235 Village Walk Dr, Henderson, NV 8905
Join Head Coach T.J. Otzelberger and the men's basketball staff at PKWY Tavern at the District in Henderson to watch Game 3 of the NBA Finals between the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors. Happy Hour specials and one complimentary drink will be offered to Runnin' Rebel fans dressed in red. Parking is available and admission is complimentary.
Appearance at Bob Price Community Center
Friday, June 7 - 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
2050 Bonnie Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89156
The Bob Price Community Center will host Splash Bash on Friday, June 7 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Open to the public, Head Coach T.J. Otzelberger will address the attendees to lead off the program. Admission is complimentary, and parking is available at the Community Center.
