Austin Ashcraft joined the UNLV football program in 2021 as graduate assistant coach for the offensive side of the ball. He spent the 2020 season as the OL grad assistant at the University of Southern Alabama. Previous to moving to Mobile, he held the same position at Northwestern State in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Ashcraft spent the 2017 and 2018 seasons at West Texas A&M where he assisted with the offensive line and tight ends and was in charge of the defensive scout team. The Humboldt State graduate began his career as a student assistant for the school located in Arcata, California. He earned bachelor’s from Humboldt in 2016 and a master’s from West Texas A&M in 2018.
