Graduate assistant coach Mitch Malot is in his first year at UNLV after spending last season as offensive line coach for NAIA power Carroll College in Helena, MT. He joined the Fighting Saints after spending two seasons as OL coach and run game coordinator for Southern Oregon from 2021-22. He coached the previous two seasons at College of the Siskiyous in California. Malot played center at Southern Oregon in 2017-18 after playing his first two seasons at the College of the Siskiyous.
