UNLV: One of 10 Super Seniors returning for the Rebels this fall … A former junior college transfer who moved from linebacker to tight end last fall … Named to the 2020 Academic All-Mountain West Team … Name is pronounced “COO-a OH-lo-TOE-ah.”

2021: Played in all 12 games after moving over to offense, seeing time on special teams and tight end … Caught four passes for 37 yards … Grabbed two passes for 12 yards at UNR in Game Eight and one week later recorded two catches for a career-high 26 yards … Also finished with five tackles on special teams, including forcing and then recovering a key fumble to help rally the Rebels vs. Eastern Washington in the season opener.

2020: A midyear signee who joined the Rebels in January … Earned his first letter as a Rebel by appearing in five games … Finished with three total tackles. 

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played first two collegiate seasons at Riverside City College under coach Tom Craft … As a sophomore in 2019, collected 47 total tackles (32 solo), 1.5 sacks, one interception and three forced fumbles … Helped RCC to a 13-0 record and the 2019 California Community College Athletic Association Championship while earning First Team All-SCFA Southern League honors … A 2018 teammate of current Rebel LB Vic Viramontes with the Tigers, finishing with 43 TT, 2 sacks and a pick as a freshman. 

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2018 graduate of Orange Lutheran HS … A three-year letterwinner under JP Presley … An all-state selection after senior year in 2017. 

PERSONAL: Kue Kawahalama Olotoa was born in Whittier, CA … The son of Talanivalu and Alewa Oloto … Has one sibling, Ea Olotoa … Majoring in psychology.
